Why is my order late? What do I do?

We apologize if your order has not reached you in time. Depending on your location, we can take up to 2-5 days to deliver the product.


If you find that your delivery is delayed, please contact us at info@redcheri.com and we will get back to you very shortly with how much time will the delivery take.

I have received a faulty item and I want to return it.

We are extremely sorry you received an item that is not in the perfect condition we intended for you. So that we can help you, please contact us at info@redcheri.com

For us to resolve the situation as soon as possible, when you contact us, please provide us with the following information:

  • Your name
  • The order number
  • The name and code of the product
  • The photograph of the defect
  • Description of the defect


In accordance to our policy, the product can be exchanged or returned, free of shipping charge if faulty!

Can I cancel a placed order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once placed and processed for shipping in the warehouse.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes! We confirm and process your order for shipping as soon as it is placed. If you would like to change the address for delivery, please contact us within 8 hours of order confirmation.

  • New delivery address.

What If I’m not there to receive the package?

If you can’t change your delivery address, and no one else can accept the delivery, it will be returned to us and you’ll be refunded for the product. 

*Shipping costs are non-refundable

I am unable to see my order after confirmation on the website

This might be due to a technical error. Please check the order again after some time and if the problem persists, please write us an email describing the problem with the following details,

  • Your Name
  • Email ID
  • Order ID
  • Product Name

Why can’t I find the product that was being promoted?

Our products shown on the advertisements may become popular and sell out earlier than the others . Keep a watch out for our latest items on https://www.redcheri.co.uk

Does item out of stock mean it will never be re-stocked?

We make limited garments per style so that we keep it unique and special for each one of you. However, some of our styles do return so keep a lookout for them on our page as you‘ll be best informed from our website.

What do I do if I receive a different item from the one I ordered?

Don’t worry ! We will make the correction as soon as we receive the email for this. Please send over the following details in the email to us –

  1. Your Name 
  2. Order Number 
  3. Product and code number of items ordered
  4. Product name and EAN (It will be a 12 digit code on the Hand tag of the product) code on the hand tag of item you actually received 
  5. Picture of item you have received. 

After sending the email please wait until the query has been reviewed by our returns team. An email will be sent to you after the review has been done and post that your product will be returned free of charge and the correct item will be shipped to you provided it is still in stock. If the desired product is unavailable in stock we will offer you store credit or a refund for that particular product which will be processed with 15 working days.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item?

Team Red Cheri is sincerely apologetic that you did not receive the item the way you expected. Please get in touch with us by email within 30 days of your purchase so that we can fix this for you.

We would require the following details in the email:

  1. Your name 
  2. Order number 
  3. Name of product and code, picture of the faulty product.

Our team will contact you once they have reviewed the email and will get the product delivered to you in the perfect condition.
