  1. Wait for our returns team to confirm your return order. The email will contain the details of the return process and you will only have to follow them.
  1. Post Brexit - We are still providing the returns pick up from your house and a delivery person would come to your address and pick up the products at the cost provided above in the table. However if you need to send them back on an ASAP basis you would need to send the products by a trackable service to the the following address -

  1. The refunded amount should reflect in your account within 14 business days from when product reaches our warehouse and is checked .. Sadly, this is a banking process and we are currently unable to expedite this process faster.

How long before I can return an order?

You have 28 days to indicate the product return after the product has been delivered to you.

How long will it take to process the return?

From the date of shipment from your location, it may take up to 14 business days for you to receive your refund.

As soon as we receive your returned package, we will check the items. Once the checks are complete (As long as the product hand tag, size tag, logo tag and the product itself are not ripped, damaged, worn and with brand packaging. If any of the checks fail, the item will not be accepted for a refundable return.) We will refund the money to your credit / debit card. The funds will appear in your account within 14 business days from when the product is collected.

We like to keep our customers informed and hence will send a confirmation email to the customer as soon as the check is complete, and the refund has been transferred.

I have torn the original shipping packaging, is it still replaceable?

Yes, you can! However, the brand plastic bag should be returned, torn or un-torn. As long as the product hand tag, size tag, logo tag and the product itself are not ripped, damaged, worn, and with the original brand packaging the product can be returned.  Simply place the product in a bag of similar size and we will collect it from you!

The refund is not reflecting on my bank statement

Refunds can take up to 14 business days to appear in your account from the day of refund confirmation.

If the refund still does not show or you are experiencing problems with the same, please contact us on our email.

Can I exchange my item for another instead of receiving a refund?

Yes, you can! We allow exchange of items for different sizes of the same product. In case of an exchange, please email us at info@redcheri.com with your-

  • Email ID, 
  • Order ID, 
  • Product ID, 
  • Product name and 
  • which size you would prefer instead!

*Exchange shipping costs match those of returns.

Did you receive the products I returned?

Products can take up to 14 business days to reach our warehouse for inspection depending on where the product is being returned from. Once this check is completed, a refund confirmation e-mail would be sent to the customer.

The funds will appear in your account within 14 business days of receiving the refund confirmation.

Can I return more than one product?

Yes, you can return more than 1 product. Please be advised that the cost for shipping would vary for the same depending on the number of products returned.
